This is a Semanier. A small chest of seven drawers. All the same size.
I liked the idea of a large marquetry panel running through five of the drawers.
It gave me the opportunity of having two different coloured handles and even handles of two different coloured woods.
The curved sides make it far more interesting. Laminated from flexible plywood between male and female cauls in the screw press.
A lot of work.
